| Facts: | The defendant was stopped after driving through a parking lot at a high rate of speed and slamming her brakes causing her to slow roll. Officers noticed an odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a sway to her stance. She was also emotional. She performed poorly on the HGN (eye test), finger to nose, estimation of 30 seconds, walk and turn, and one legs stand exercises. She was arrested for DUI and later blew a.158 and .142 in the breath machine. | |
