| Facts: | The defendant was stopped for running a red light and failing to maintain a single lane. Officers noticed an odor of alcohol, heavily slurred speech, and bloodshot/watery eyes. According to the officer, he performed poorly on the roadside tests, which consisted of the HGN (eye test), one leg stand, and walk and turn exercises.
