Andrew Parks
Andrew Parks earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law
in 1995. He began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Broward County
State Attorney's Office where he handled thousands of DUI's and
criminal cases. After leaving the prosecutor's office, Mr. Parks became
the youngest attorney to become a partner at the law firm of Essen &
Essen et al where he focused on defending clients charged with DUI. He
has tried more than 150 cases and defended thousands of DUI cases. Mr.
Parks' experience as a former prosecutor provides insight to the "other
side" when defending clients specifically charged with DUI.
His success as a DUI defense attorney has earned him a significant reputation
in the community and among his peers. He is a sought-after lecturer who
has spoken at many DUI seminars throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Parks
is also a nationally published DUI author. He has written articles on
topics such as "how to beat the breath test" as well as "how
to use police misconduct to dismiss a case".
Mr. Parks continues to provide aggresive defense to clients facing DUI
charges, and he also helps clients protect their driving privileges and
restore their driver's license in DHSMV hearings. He is honored by
a 10.0 Superb rating by Avvo and was recognized with the "Top 10
Best" Client Satisfaction Award given by the American Institute of
